Important Note
1. Our return, exchange & refund policy lasts a few days. If a few days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Only on the condition that you receive the goods are both return and exchange supported.
3. If your order has a problem, please contact us directly. We can investigate the photo files of your packages and items, provide solutions, and ship out replacement needed. DO NOT ship back products through the return process without authorization because we have the right to reject them. After authorization, return address will be provided for you to ship the items back within several business days.
4. Please save your returned shipment's tracking numbers, and email them to us so we can also track your return.
5. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.
6. Once a return arrives at our warehouse, we will process and send you a confirmation email within several business days, which in detail depends on the number of items.
Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
